Refund & Return Policy

We accept return or refund requests under the following conditions:
The items received are damaged or defective.
Within 48 hours after the package is delivered, photos or videos must be provided as proof.
Custom-made handmade items (such as doll costumes, DIY kits, custom accessories) cannot be resold as per the buyer's request, so refunds are not granted. 
Within 3 to 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned goods, the refund will be processed.
