Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days after you receive the last item of your order without giving any reason.
How to submit a return or cancellation request
- Log in to your customer account via this link: https://shopify.com/80863461604/account and submit your request on your order page.
- If you checked out with your mobile phone number, use the link included in your SMS order confirmation to send your request.
Refund Terms
We will process your full refund within 14 calendar days after we receive your withdrawal notice. Refunds will be issued via your original payment method. Standard delivery fees will also be fully refunded.
Return Shipping Cost
All return shipping costs shall be borne solely by the buyer.
Return Conditions
All goods must be returned in their original, unused and intact condition with all original accessories attached.
Exclusions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following goods:
Custom handmade products, pre-order personalized accessories, unsealed hygiene items, and finished handmade craft supplies that cannot be resold due to customization.
