Any revision request will charge a $10 modification fee per time.

Pre-order items: Ship within 45 business days as marked on the product page.
MOQ
Minimum order quantity: 5 pieces per order. Mixed styles are allowed.
Shipping Cost
Shipping fee is calculated based on order value, weight and destination.
Free shipping is available for qualified orders. The final shipping cost is subject to actual shipment.
Parcel Refusal & Unwanted Returns
If the buyer refuses delivery or returns without valid reason,
all round-trip shipping fees shall be borne by the buyer.

Slight color difference caused by shooting lighting and display monitor differences is not regarded as a quality issue and is non-returnable.

Unreasonable return requests based on handmade characteristics will not be accepted.

for customs detention, confiscation or logistics delays.
Delivery time is only an estimated time frame.
Force majeure and logistics delays are not valid reasons for refund.
