Thank you for choosing our handmade jewelry accessories. By placing an order and completing payment, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and agreed to all the terms below. Please read carefully.
1. Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for non-quality issues, including personal preference, incorrect size judgment, dissatisfaction or unmet expectations.
For quality-related issues: Please contact us within 24 hours after receiving the goods, and provide photos or videos showing the shipping label and complete product details. We will resolve your after-sales request promptly.
Custom Orders: Once production begins after you confirm the design and measurements, full order cancellation is not allowed. A $10 modification fee will be charged for each change to style or size during production. If the finished item does not match your requirements due to incorrect information provided by you, all resulting losses shall be borne by you. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel the custom order unilaterally after production starts.
If a return is required for after-sales service, the product must remain unused and in original condition. The buyer shall cover all round-trip shipping costs. Please check our Return Policy page for the return address.

2. Shipping Schedule
In-stock items: Dispatched within 7 business days upon payment.
Pre-order items: The production lead time is 60 business days as stated on the product page. We will keep you updated in case of material shortages or production delays. The lead time is an estimate. Complaints of false shipment or refund requests simply due to waiting time will not be accepted without prior communication.

3. Minimum Order Requirement
A minimum of 5 pieces per order is required. Mixed styles are allowed. Orders that do not meet the minimum quantity will not be shipped. You may add more items to fulfill the requirement or apply for a full refund (only for unshipped orders). We ship orders as a whole and do not support split retail shipments.

4. Shipping Fee
Shipping cost is automatically calculated based on order value, weight and delivery destination. Free shipping is offered for orders that meet promotional requirements. The estimated shipping fee on the page is for reference only, and the final fee shall prevail upon dispatch.

5. Parcel Refusal & Return
If you refuse delivery or return the parcel without valid reasons, all international shipping fees and customs charges shall be paid by you.
We reserve the right to restrict purchases from accounts with repeated unreasonable parcel refusal and groundless disputes, and will submit relevant evidence to safeguard our rights.

6. Import Taxes & Customs Disclaimer
Product prices do not include import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees and inspection fees of the destination country. All relevant taxes and fees shall be fully undertaken by the buyer.
If the parcel is returned or seized by customs because you refuse to pay taxes, no refund will be issued, and we will no longer accept your future orders.
If you request low-value declaration to evade taxes, you shall take full responsibility for any fines, parcel detention or other losses incurred.

7. Notes on Handmade Tolerance
All products are handmade and manually sorted. A size deviation of 1–2 cm is normal and not deemed a quality defect.
Slight color differences caused by lighting and display devices are unavoidable and do not qualify for returns or exchanges. Feel free to contact us for real photos taken under natural light before ordering.

8. Logistics & Customs Liability
Delivery time is estimated only. Refund requests will not be accepted for delays caused by force majeure such as war, route suspension and natural disasters.
We are not liable for parcels detained, inspected or seized by customs. No refund or reshipment will be provided in such cases.
For lost or damaged parcels after delivery, you must provide official proof issued by the logistics provider. We will assist you to file a claim with the logistics company, but cannot issue a direct full refund.

9. Restrictions on Malicious Acts
We will restrict purchasing access for accounts that leave malicious negative reviews, fabricate quality issues to open frequent disputes, repeatedly refuse parcels or abuse after-sales services. We also reserve the right to report such conduct to relevant platforms.

10. Refund Processing Time
All refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
PayPal refunds: Usually processed within 3–5 business days.
Credit card refunds: Usually processed within 5–10 business days.
The actual arrival time is subject to the settlement rules of payment service providers.
